Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. 岗位名称：管道工艺工程师 岗位职责 1、负责公司管道生产工艺方案的制定、落地及持续优化，编制、修订标准化作业指导书和生产工单，规范各环节生产流程，优化生产作业模式，有效提升整体生产效率，严控并稳步提升产品品质，降低生产损耗。 2、全程跟进生产全过程，实时监控各类生产工艺参数，根据生产工况、产品质量变化及时微调工艺参数；快速响应生产现场各类工艺异常问题，分析问题根源，制定切实可行的解决方案，高效解决生产工艺难题，保障生产线稳定、高效运行。 3、参与公司新产品导入落地工作，配合研发、生产团队开展新产品工艺评审，全程协助完成新产品工艺验证、小批量试产、量产转化等相关工作，梳理试产过程中的工艺问题并优化迭代，助力新产品顺利投产。 任职要求 1、大专及以上学历，机械制造、机电一体化、材料工程、工业工程等相关专业，有相关行业工艺工作经验者优先； 2、熟悉生产工艺优化、作业文件编制、现场工艺问题处理流程，具备独立制定工艺方案、解决现场工艺异常的能力； 3、了解新产品导入、工艺验证、试产落地相关工作流程，具备良好的工艺把控和问题复盘优化能力； 4、具备良好的沟通表达、培训指导及统筹协调能力，工作认真负责、严谨细致，有较强的责任心和团队协作意识，能高效配合生产团队完成各项工作。 * 本科及以上学历，过程装备与控制工程、化学工程、机械工程或相关专业。 * 3年以上管道设计或工艺工程经验，熟悉不锈钢管道材料、生产工艺，焊接标准。 * 有5-8年相关工作经验，熟练使用CAD、3D等设计软件 * 熟悉压力容器、泵、阀门等管道相关设备的原理。 * 了解相关行业标准和规范，如ASME，ISO等。 * 具备较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，注重细节。 * 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力。 BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
