What You'll Do.
Manage operational supplier quality
including validating the supplier's quality systems and processes.
Drives approval process for supplier parts
involving collaboration with other functions/experts
encompassing activities like Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and product surveillance at supplier manufacturing sites.
Leads in promptly addressing supply issues related to quality
non-compliant products
capable of efficiently handling and responding to customer feedback or complaints.
work closely with the product development teams and suppliers to ensure we meet or exceed industry quality address issues of supplier non-conformance and conduct supplier audits.
Lead/support the team for problems solving.
Closely cooperate with project teams for ontime delivery with good quality.
Responsible for customer satisfaction through product quality assurance.
