Must Have
Minimum 14+ Yrs of Hands-on experience, 5+ Yrs of working as Technical lead / Solutions Architect for migration of Legacy Mainframe based applications to AWS Cloud, hands-on expertise in mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM), Hands-on experience with Micro Focus (Rocket Software) Enterprise Developer and Enterprise Analyzer, Deep knowledge and hands on experience on data migration from Mainframe to AWS, including DB2 or VSAM file conversion, Good Experience Leading and manage crossβfunctional engineering teams to deliver highβquality software solutions for large Insurance (Life & Annuity) clients, ensuring quality delivery, financial discipline, and customer satisfaction, Oversee endβtoβend Project execution, including estimations, resource planning, agile delivery, and modernization initiatives such as cloud migration and legacy conversion, Act as a key client-facing leader and people manager, driving collaboration, mentoring teams, supporting business development, and demonstrating a highβperformance culture, Knowledge of Python, Shell scripting, GitHub for version control, and scheduler setup for batch execution, Awareness and experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, IAM, and CloudWatch, Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and management
