Drive catalog improvements by deriving hypotheses based on customer behavior and improving processes
Research and apply industry taxonomy best/innovative practices
and maintain standards for taxonomy-related decision-making
Collaborate with relevant teams such as search and recommendation teams within Coupang to enhance understanding of customer behavior
Collaborate with product teams to implement improvements
Perform thorough QA of taxonomy data and AI-based classification
Support multiple projects simultaneously (multitasking)
