What You'll Do.
Adjust incoming package volume
Adjust number of drivers to recruit
Create routes for drivers
Support recovery for delayed drivers
Notify drivers and stakeholders of disaster information
Create reports on operational activities
Develop improvement plans with team members
Execute improvement plans
Plan and promote projects for safety
Promote standardization of operations
Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Prepare for operational expansion during sales periods
Consider procedure changes for new service/system introductions
Prepare for smooth introduction of new services/systems
Create training and manuals for new hires
Adjust delivery plans based on order volume and
Provide rapid response and recovery support for delayed
Quickly notify drivers and Amazon stakeholders of safety
Perform various operational tasks such as system configuration
Create reports on operational performance
