Investigate accidents
Implement corrective actions for accidents
Lead Incident Management Team during major accidents
Facilitate safety meetings with transport partners
Manage safety KPIs for transport partners
Create weekly and monthly safety reports
Report on safety KPIs
Manage safety guidance
Plan safety management activities
Execute safety management activities
Create new driver procedures
Change driver procedures
Verify driver procedures on-site
Improve daily operations
