3+ years experience managing flow of people, goods, and money in manufacturing/logistics/retail, 3+ years leadership/task management experience with multiple people, Project management experience, Experience with 5S, QC Circle, Six Sigma, 3+ years manufacturing process/production management experience, Business-level English skills, Experience driving process improvements with data, Experience managing own work with metrics and analysis, Positive attitude towards inclusive culture and diverse teams
What You'll Do.
Lead teams to maintain safety
Ensure customer orders are delivered on time
Plan production and operations
Coordinate with departments for volume forecasting
Plan delivery routes and staffing
Calculate staffing needs based on volume
Coordinate with external vendors for staffing
Manage progress and results using internal systems
Improve productivity in coordination with the field
Lead and coordinate improvement projects
Implement new technology and review processes
Develop training plans
Resolve operational issues and problems
Develop and implement recovery plans for disruptions
Determine staffing and response methods for issues
