What You'll Do.
Lead teams to maintain safety
Ensure customer orders are delivered on time
Plan production and operations
Coordinate with departments for volume forecasting
Plan delivery routes and staffing
Calculate staffing needs
Coordinate with external vendors
Manage progress and results using internal systems
Improve productivity by coordinating with the field
Lead and coordinate improvement activities
Implement new technologies and review processes
Develop education plans
Hold regular meetings with managers
Develop and implement recovery plans for issues
Manage product flow within the facility
Determine staffing and response methods for issues
