Visit external warehouses to grasp reality
Perform analysis based on correct data
Define problems and issues
Lead issues to resolution
Execute routine tasks
Respond to logistics site inquiries
Perform system settings
Support external partner site management
Ensure healthy site operation
Ensure stable quality
Build and improve logistics processes
Manage shipment plans based on internal KPIs
Manage staffing based on internal KPIs
Discuss with 3PL on shipment plans

Share site issues with external partners
