**職務目的 （Job Purpose）** * 旅行会社、留学事業者、その他旅行関連事業者を代理店として担当します。 * 代理店と信頼関係を築き、保険募集業務の指導、コンプライアンス指導、旅行保険の契約獲得サポートを行い、AIG損保旅行保険の認知拡大、成長、収益拡大することを目的とします。 * 既存代理店からの紹介や、ＨＰなどの情報ソースから新規代理店を開拓する業務。 **職責 （Job Responsibilities）** * 旅行者、留学生等の個人のお客さま、出張・駐在を送り出す法人のお客さまへ、担当代理店が最適なソリューションを提案できるよう代理店教育・指導を行う。 * 社内外の関係者との良好なコミュニケーションを通じて、チームとして収益を伴う成長に向けた新しい企画や施策を検討し、実行する。 * 所属するチーム内での情報共有、各種施策の実行計画の立案。 **主要な関係先 （Key Relationships）** **内部関係先** _**(AIG組織内)**_ * 商品（引受）部門及び損害サービス部門 * トラベルサービス部傘下各部門 **外部関係先** _**(AIG組織外)**_ * 旅行代理店、留学代理店、空港代理店、その他旅行関連代理店 * 顧客企業、旅行・留学関連団体 **必要とされるスキル・経験 （Required Skills and Experiences）** **最終学歴** * 学士号または同等の学位 **スキル/知識/能力** 【スキル】 * PCスキル（Excel/Word/PPT中級以上尚可） * ソーシャルスキル、社内外との対人コミュニケーションスキル 【性格/気質】 * 誠実かつ責任感のある方。調整能力に長けた方。 * 取引先代理店主、年長者に対しても、臆することなくしっかりと教育指導ができる方 * 複数案件の進捗を管理でき、優先順位を考え自発的に行動できる方 **業務経験** * 営業経験または接客経験 * 社外取引先への調整業務経験 ※ Gradeは経験・スキルにより16もしくは18で決定します。 At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
