You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. _ **So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.** **About the Role** 该岗位负责建设与维护客户经营资源与策略集成平台，驱动业务高效并可持续地开展场景化客户经营，系统性且体系化的提升整体客户经营能力与效率。 岗位职责： * 平台产品化运营与持续优化：基于业务需求持续迭代功能设计与流程优化，提升平台用户体验与整体使用率。统筹功能优化测试工作，并面向平台用户进行定期培训 * 客户经营资源全生命周期管理：统筹资源从准入、上架、运营、评价到下架的全流程管理，保障资源供给质量与使用效率 * 策略引擎运维管理：负责策略流程维护、策略预审及策略库管理，保障策略输出的规范性与可执行性 * 数据监控与经营分析闭环：主导分析面板的数据监控与解读，针对异常指标牵头跨部门分析与改进，持续优化指标体系与评估机制 * 客户经营策略提炼和推广：沉淀客户经营优秀策略和经验分析，为场景化经营提供持续优化的方向和模式 * 激励机制设计与推广：构建客户经营资源使用与场景创新的激励机制，驱动业务端主动使用与创新 * 熟悉技术发展趋势，将新型技术工具运用到工作中 * 完成主管安排的其他工作 任职要求： * 大学本科学历或以上 * 8年及以上相关工作经验，深入了解人身险行业 * 具备夯实的产品经理经验和背景，如系统设计、平台运维和管理 * 具备客户经营相关经验优先 * 出色的沟通协调能力、创新能力以及学习能力 * 具有团队合作精神 _Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ _You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
