Then read on.** **About the Role** 康养管家为客户提供全方位康养规划，助力客户实现“自在养老；同时与公司相应服务团队密切合作，不断改进优化工作服务流程，提升服务品质。 **岗位职责:** 1\. 熟悉养老市场格局及动态，全面分析客户的整体健康状况，了解客户对于康养的资源及服务需求。 2\. 致力于为客户及其家庭提供全方位的康养规划，助力客户在强能，弱能，失能等不同阶段得到全旅程的康养支持。 3\. 负责处理基础的医疗咨询，充分了解老年常见疾病，通过电话或邮件对客户进行针对性的健康指导，并及时安排医疗干预，提供就医支持。 4\. 熟悉掌握公司网络内外医疗，康养资源，根据客户自身情况及需求，灵活协调匹配资源，包括但不限于体检机构资源、医药资源、护理、康复资源，及其他老年医养支持性资源，为客户提供全覆盖的康养管理服务。 5\. 需要有主动服务意识，积极有效的为客户提供服务，关注服务情况，应对有不满情绪和投诉风险的案件，做好客户预期管理，并及时上报主管。 6.定期学习并熟练掌握其它专案管理服务的业务知识，包括但不限于服务手册、保单条款疾病列表及定义等，同时需要能够熟练处理，包括不限于愈无忧、愈从容、御享家等服务。 7\. 有效的与公司各部门沟通，同时跟踪供应商服务提供情况，及时掌握服务内容、过程及结果，对于潜在风险案件及时督促供应商提出替代解决方案，维持与第三方供应商维持良好的合作关系。 8\. 定期回访入住社区养老机构、康复养老机构的康养客户，关怀慰问，了解入住体验、调整需求等。 9\. 积极参与服务流程和服务管理系统的优化，能够发现流程和系统中需要改进的地方并且向主管提出反馈，积极主动参与新项目的计划。 **任职要求 ：** 1\. 本科及以上学历，临床医学或护理背景（取得健康管理师证书、营养师证书、康复师证书的优先）。 2\. 至少5年以上在医院从事专业相关临床工作及3年及以上健康管理行业的工作经验。 3\. 以客户为中心，责任心强，具备一定的组织协调能力。 4\. 具有丰富的医疗和养老资源协调能力。 优先级和时间管理技能。 5\. 具有优秀的学习能力，书面及口头沟通技巧，解决问题的能力、客户服务技能及团队协作能力。 6\. 熟练使用办公软件如Word、 Excel、MS Outlook、PowerPoint等。 _Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ _You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
