Then read on.** **About the Role** 康养管家为客户提供全方位康养规划,助力客户实现“自在养老;同时与公司相应服务团队密切合作,不断改进优化工作服务流程,提升服务品质。 **岗位职责:** 1\. 熟悉养老市场格局及动态,全面分析客户的整体健康状况,了解客户对于康养的资源及服务需求。 2\. 致力于为客户及其家庭提供全方位的康养规划,助力客户在强能,弱能,失能等不同阶段得到全旅程的康养支持。 3\. 负责处理基础的医疗咨询,充分了解老年常见疾病,通过电话或邮件对客户进行针对性的健康指导,并及时安排医疗干预,提供就医支持。 4\. 熟悉掌握公司网络内外医疗,康养资源,根据客户自身情况及需求,灵活协调匹配资源,包括但不限于体检机构资源、医药资源、护理、康复资源,及其他老年医养支持性资源,为客户提供全覆盖的康养管理服务。 5\. 需要有主动服务意识,积极有效的为客户提供服务,关注服务情况,应对有不满情绪和投诉风险的案件,做好客户预期管理,并及时上报主管。 6.定期学习并熟练掌握其它专案管理服务的业务知识,包括但不限于服务手册、保单条款疾病列表及定义等,同时需要能够熟练处理,包括不限于愈无忧、愈从容、御享家等服务。 7\. 有效的与公司各部门沟通,同时跟踪供应商服务提供情况,及时掌握服务内容、过程及结果,对于潜在风险案件及时督促供应商提出替代解决方案,维持与第三方供应商维持良好的合作关系。 8\. 定期回访入住社区养老机构、康复养老机构的康养客户,关怀慰问,了解入住体验、调整需求等。 9\. 积极参与服务流程和服务管理系统的优化,能够发现流程和系统中需要改进的地方并且向主管提出反馈,积极主动参与新项目的计划。 **任职要求 :** 1\. 本科及以上学历,临床医学或护理背景(取得健康管理师证书、营养师证书、康复师证书的优先)。 2\. 至少5年以上在医院从事专业相关临床工作及3年及以上健康管理行业的工作经验。 3\. 以客户为中心,责任心强,具备一定的组织协调能力。 4\. 具有丰富的医疗和养老资源协调能力。 优先级和时间管理技能。 5\. 具有优秀的学习能力,书面及口头沟通技巧,解决问题的能力、客户服务技能及团队协作能力。 6\. 熟练使用办公软件如Word、 Excel、MS Outlook、PowerPoint等。 _Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ _You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
