Then read on.** **About the Role** 该岗位负责渠道运营相关的柜面运营咨询与受理、项目执行、资料日常管理、消保等工作。 **岗位职责 ：** • 负责各业务渠道运营相关业务的柜面咨询和受理，包括营销员新单、保全、理赔、团险等业务的操作流程的咨询、资料收取和初审工作； • 积极参与执行公司或部门项目性工作； • 负责区部运营相关指标的达成； • 负责营销部产品彩页、合同分发等资料的日常管理工作； • 负责所在区部消保相关工作，持续反馈业务痛点，推进提升内外部客户的服务体验； • 主管交办的其他工作。 **岗位要求 ：** • 本科或以上学历；金融、保险等相关专业优先； • 两年以上相关工作经验，掌握寿险产品知识、业务流程及渠道运作模式； • 熟练使用Office办公软件，优秀的沟通协调能力；较强的培训讲授能力和文字撰写能力； • 认真负责，协作应变，勇于创新，合规、服务意识强。 _Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ _You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
