Because we want to be even better equipped to develop digital solutions and experiences that help more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ _To get there, we need people with tech/digital/analytics expertise and passion to help develop positive, sustainable change through digitally enhanced experiences that will impact the lives of millions of people and create a healthier future for everyone._ **If you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on.** **About the Role** 负责文档管理平台和知识库的运营管理 **Roles and Responsibilities:** _**1._业务文档管理 (25%):_**_ * _运营公司级跨多部门的文档管理平台 ,包含权限管理、版本管理、文档溯源管理、文档分类管理和解析;_ * _支持文档新建/更新/删除的发布流程 ;_ * _文档缺陷跟踪与定位。基于文档溯源判断和定位缺陷 ,联系用户新增/更新/删除业务文档,消除问答错误。_ * _根据业务文档设计问答意图 ,梳理意图样例,准备意图训练集和测试集,协助开发进行意图训练,提高意图识别准确率。_ _2.**_业务知识文档清洗与发布 (25%):_**_ * _建立原始业务知识文档清洗为知识库可用文档的清洗标准 ;_ * _清洗业务文档。将文档管理平台用户的业务文档清洗为知识库可识别的颗粒度更明晰的子文档 ,做好子文档与业务文档的关联;_ * _指定业务文档发布流程 ,支持清洗后的业务知识文档发布至知识管理平台;_ * _支持文档精准验证。在业务文档清洗成知识库子文档后 ,设计测试案例验证知识问答是否正确,协助业务用户进行UAT验证。_ _**3._知识库运营与调优 (50%):_**_ * _基于业务要求构建知识库 ,包含不同领域知识库,确保知识库内容覆盖全面且结构清晰;_ * _知识库更新与发布。业务文档新增/更新/删除后 ,同步更新知识库子文档的新增/更新/删除,保证知识统一;_ * _知识调优。通过分析知识使用数据,如检索命中率 ,生成效果等,优化检索链路,通过混合检索、语义增强等技术提升答案质量。_ **Minimum Job Requirements:** _**1._教育背景_**_ * _大学本科及以上_ * _熟练的中英文听说读写能力_ _**2._工作经历_**_ * _3-7年以上知识管理、内容运营或相关领域工作经验。_ * _熟悉知识管理理论和实践方法 ,了解LLM, RAG,Agent等人工智能辅助技术的应用场景,具备企业级知识库建设或运营经验_ * _熟悉保险行业领域知识 ,尤其是个险类,深入了解保险产品、销售渠道、运营规则、健康管理等业务知识_ * _具备文档管理系统及问答运营平台的建设和维护经验_ _**3._技术能力_**_ * _具备技术-业务 "翻译"能力,优秀的逻辑梳理与结构化思维能力,擅长复杂知识体系构建,能精准对接技术团队与业务部门。_ * _敏锐的数据洞察力 ,能通过数据驱动运营决策。_ * _出色的沟通协调能力 ,能有效推进跨部门协作。_ * _能熟练使用LLM AI大模型 ,具备编写脚本调用AI大模型工作的能力,例如使用大模型解析文件,利用大模型做语义比对,利用大模型做逻辑对比等。_ * _具备较强的数据分析能力 ,能够熟练使用Excel, SQL或其他数据分析工具。熟练掌握word, ppt, visio, axure等常用办公软件。_ * _细致耐心 ,具有较强的责任心和执行力。_ * _学习能力强 ,能够快速适应新技术和新环境。有一定
