So that together we can support even more people - including our own - to live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ **If you believe in better, we’d love to hear from you.** **About the Role** 该职位将在实习期间负责： 深度参与友邦人寿核心运营数据体系的建设与优化，通过真实业务场景下的数据分析，为运营效率提升与风险管控提供可落地的决策支持。 具体工作内容如下： • 梳理并整合各机构运营报表需求，诊断现有报表体系痛点，推动标准化与自动化改进； • 参与运营数据门户的搭建与迭代，完成公共报表的设计开发与可视化呈现； • 开展数据挖掘，从运营数据中识别流程瓶颈、成本浪费或潜在风险，输出优化建议； • 保障数据质量与安全，定期执行数据检查、公共报表日常质检及异常监控，确保数据可信可用。 人选画像： • 本科、研究生或MBA在读学生，金融/计算机/数学/AI等相关专业优先，一周到岗5天，实习时间为2026年7-8月（全职实习时间不少于8周）； • 逻辑清晰，能快速学习新技术，有数据建模/数据分析等相关课程或项目经历者优先； • 适应跨团队协作，具有较强的合作以及沟通能力。 岗位核心价值： 在实习中直接参与保险行业真实数据分析场景，了解数据分析方法论，学习如何将数据分析结果应用于解决实际业务问题，积累真实项目经历，感受团队协作氛围培养工作习惯。 _Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ _You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
