Then read on.** **About the Role** 专员，团险续保岗 1. 根据作业中心操作规则，在权限范围内进行续保资料的录入及审核，确保在时效内按时按质完成日常工作 2. 熟悉掌握各类团险产品，协助分公司营运和热线同事解决客户咨询 3. 对分公司反馈的问题案件及时跟进，确保得到妥善处理，维护互信良好的沟通渠道 4. 及时发现和反馈日常工作中出现的系统问题，定期进行工作回顾，发现及管理风险，为优化流程和提高效能提出有效建议 5. 参与部门服务类、业务类的项目工作，给与专业支持 **** **岗位要求 ：** 1\. 本科或以上学历； 2\. 经验要求：3年以上个险或团险营运经验，有团险新单、系统操作经验优先 3\. 具有良好的沟通与表达能力、良好的客户服务意识和追求卓越品质的特征； 4\. 具有独立工作、分析问题和解决问题的能力； 5\. 高度责任心，较强的学习能力，能在压力下工作。 _Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ _You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
